Like all of the meat I've received from Farmer Dan, the Fajita Meat is full of favor and perfectly portioned for 2-3 people. I've stopped buying meat at the supermarket since getting meat from Farmer Dan. It may cost a little more than the supermarket, but knowing that the meat I'm eating was raised the way that nature intended, makes it worth the cost in my book.

It was terrific!! We marinated it for 4 hours and then grilled it for about 1 1/4 hours; initially on indirect heat and last 15 minutes direct. It was enjoyed by all. I’m glad we had 5 chickens ordered.
