I always thought that chuck steak was a poor man's sirloin...but this one was better than sirloin. It was tender, juicy & just the right amount of fat for flavor. Just broiled it with some salt , pepper ,garlic & butter. Medium rare was terrific. Best "poor man's" steak ever!!
