Best real oxtails around not cow tails. Big cuts, tender, meaty, not 90% fat like others. Well worth the price and farmer Dan is top notch in customer service. We always have stew/kebob meat in our Build a Box order and are never disappointed. The pieces are just lean enough and become tender morsels in beef stew and slice up great for stir-fry. The kebobs we just made were a bit chewy but delicious and worth the slight more effort. I think the marinade needed more of something.
