First , the meat was so tender , it fell off the bone after being cooked in the oven. That never happens . Second the flavor had no chemical taste to it, yes chemical , which you will know once you eat these ribs . I had no idea my other meat had a bad taste until I tried these short ribs . The flavor was great, no bad smell or taste like other varieties of pork , thank you Heartstone for healthy happy meat 🙂
