The Maine Box - Holiday Edition
This is the second year in a row that I have sent a Maine Box to my family for Christmas. I will do it again next year, too! They really enjoy the variety of cuts and the 30 pounds of meat keeps their freezer well-stocked through the winter. It makes me happy to know I'm sending them nourishing food that was raised with care, love, and conscience. Thank you Farmer Dan!

"Reserve Collection" Tomahawk Steak
What a great steak! I removed the tomahawk from its package add a little salt and pepper let it come to room temp, placed on the grill on indirect heat cooked it to medium, removed it from the grill. The tomahawk steak was so tender it just pulled apart and the favor was OUTSTANDING.

Chicken Wings
I was hesitant to order the chicken wings as usually when I order from another local farm they are very bony and meatless. Theses were the opposite, cut off the tips and made chicken Cacciatore, oh my gobbled them right up. Will be ordering again. This was my first order so will be trying different meats put next time.
