Beef Liver
I was looking for grass fed beef liver for a long long time. Was even tempted buying regular beef liver but did not due to my alternative medicine doc cause:
1 those cows are eating a lot of corn which is high in saturated fat which will come to you. Another reason was the quality of liver itself.
2 It is a fascinating organ providing you with ton of vitamins
3 liver is defined to clean your blood of any kind of toxins and if it is not grass fed, you are going to consume all residue of pesticides and growth boosters, regular cow is fed
Being a nurse myself, I followed my doc orders who actually recommended to me this particular farm for the best grass fed quality beef liver

Tomahawk Steak Avg. 2.5 lbs
It took me a while to put this review up because I was saving my tomahawk ribeyes for a special occasion. I’d never had one in my life and cooking it was a little intimidating (I didn’t want to ruin them), but holy cow!!! These were phenomenal pieces of meat. My wife and I are heavy meat eaters and so I’m grilling out all year, even in winter with snow. She said that this was the best piece of meat I’ve ever cooked. All I did was use fresh garlic and sea salt. Nothing else. I reverse seared it. It was absolutely mouth watering and I was chewing and sucking on the bone like I was Fred Flintstone. We will be ordering more for our anniversary and we’ve decided to do these for Thanksgiving too. Can’t wait to have these again. Do yourself a favor and splurge on these bad boys. Just please leave a few in stock for me.

Beef Shares
We love our 1/4 share!!! All of the cuts we received have been so delicious! The beef is so much healthier and better for you than buying from the grocery store where you have no idea how the beef was grown, maintained, and processed. The products are fantastic! Thank you Farmer Dan and crew!!!

Farmer Dan's Chicken Grilling Bundle
Yet again Hearthstone Farm delivers amazing, high quality meat for my family. We usually buy our organic chicken from Whole Foods, but the organic chicken in the bundle tastes so much better. I highly recommend this bundle for any family wanting to buy local.
