Delicious burger! Everyone in my family remarked on the quality, freshness and juiciness of the burgers and they are pretty hard to please!

Pasture-Raised Pork Sampler
I bought one for a gift and one for us and couldn’t be happier. The pork is fabulous, and even more important is supporting local farms and humanely raised meat. Keep up the good work! ( plus Denise is always so accommodating!)

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
The difference is unbelievable. Going from supermarket sales to our trial pack was night and day. The chicken breast was our favorite. Used the same recipe as usual but this fresh chicken took it to the next level. You really dont know what you're missing till you get their sample pack...worth every dollar with the fast shipping and great packaging. The hand written note was also a great added bonus. 12/10 will order again.

Boston Butt
This meat is truly of very high quality. The Maine Box comes with a nice mix of steaks, roasts, stew meat, and ground beef. The steaks are well-marbled, but not spectacular. But that's grass-fed beef. The spatchcock chicken was also amazing - marinated overnight and grilled. My only criticism is that the roast cuts were awkward sizes and the brisket had a bit too much fat cap on it. That said, I will be ordering again.
As an aside, I with they offered a whole brisket, flat and point.

Easily the best beef I've ever had. Tender and juicy, I'm glad I bought the box because my family has already almost finished it and we got it last week!

Heartstone Farm 100% Grass Fed Sirloin Steak
I read the last review request wrong so I'll sing the praises of the sirloin steak here. YUM! So tender and flavorful. All we do is defrost overnight, take it out of the fridge and salt both sides an hour or so before grilling. Perfect every time!

We have been so happy with our Heartstone Farm subscription! They make it so simple and are very responsive to our inquiries. It's very important to us to consume local grass feed humanely raised beef and other animal products. We are fortunate that we have such a great source so close to home that is so delicious and reduces our carbon footprint! Thank you, Farmer Dan!

Maine Pasture Raised Leg of Lamb Steaks (NEW!)
Lamb is my favourite meat. These were delicious, I flash sautéed them then added veg and water and later had the most yummy casserole, my prep of choice!
I’d recommend Farmer Dan. The excellent meats I ordered came most beautifully packaged, fresh as if it hadn’t travelled at all. And Eco respectful. Thank you

Farmer Dan Sampler (new customers only)
I am Italian and I came to the US in 2000. Progressively my ability to eat meat came to an end. I haven't eaten a stake/chicken in 15 years. I decided to try the sampler to just confirm that it wasn't indeed able to digest meat anymore. I have no words to be able to describe the joy when I open the chicken breast.....IT WAS PINK!!!!!!
........AND IT STAYED SOFT AFTER COOKED!!!! The flavor of the stakes........ridiculously good.........but the best part.....I had no problem digesting any of the meat I ate.
It made me feel like I was back home, in Italy, where what we make is always a top quality.

Lia - Wow. I am so glad you shared your wonderful story. I was touched and moved. :) The problem with so much meat people buy these days is that it essentially comes out of a factory - and that's the way it tastes. We are trying to get back to raising food the way nature intended. - Dan

Premium Steak Burger Box
By far the best tasting, juiciest, grass fed burgers I’ve had! They arrived quickly, well-packaged, and super-cold! They are way more flavorful than the grass fed patties I was buying at the store. These are definitely a new staple on my Carnivore diet!
