Uncured Country Smoked Bacon
Once again, Hearstone Farm does not disappoint!
We are regular beef customers but on a whim decided to try the chicken and pork offerings. The bacon was so good! The pork sausage are flavorful and clean tasting. I can certainly tell the quality with no fillers! I plan on ordering more soon!
Thanks again Farmer Dan!

Osso Buco
I received my order of the grass fed osso buco 2 days ago. I was nervous because I never cooked it myself before. I followed a recipe I found from Epicurean. It was THE BESt osso buco I ever had even better than the one I had in Milano, Italy. The meat itself was juicy and flavorful and after 2 hours of braising it fell off the bone. My family couldn’t have enough of it. I will definitely order more and cook it more often. Thank you Farmer Dan and crew. You are the best

St. Louis Ribs
These ribs were well trimmed and the flavor was delicious. I prepared them with a rub and baked them a long time in a low oven. This review is for the ribs, but the breakfast sausage is good too. Enjoy!

Chicken Wings
We received these chicken wings as an additional purchase with our subscription box. I was looking forward to trying the wings as I have purchased the whole chicken previously and found it to be one of the best organic chickens I have eaten.
The wings were amazing! Plump, heavy with luscious organic meat, and the best wings I have had in a long time. Of course, my Old Bay Wings recipe is always delicious and these organic wings made it even better. Thanks Farmer Dan!
