Bones For Broth
I purchased the bones to make my own bone broth and the burger patties...the meat is so delicious! Will never buy store bought meat again, this meat is far superior! I want to try the steaks next!

Ordered the whole brisket and rib eyes and porter house. Beautifully marbled meet. Best brisket I have ever smoked. Burnt ends we out of this world. Reverse seared the steaks and they were phenomenal also. Taste and tenderness were awesome. Would have been 5 starts but the porterhouse was thinner than expected. Only the smallest steaks were available so I guess this was to be expected. I find anything less than 1” thick to be difficult to sear. All in all excellent meat.

Scott- Thank you! I am happy to hear that the brisket came out so well (yum!). As to the Porterhouses we do now have some bigger ones in our inventory (24 oz) if you're interested. They run at least 1" thick. - Dan
