Spatchcock Chicken
I love the Organic Spatchcock chicken! Tender, juicy and beautifully cleaned. As someone who has raised and dressed their own in the past, I appreciate this! I sent some to my daughter for her birthday and she raved, as did all of the folks who shared that dinner. I’m hooked! Good job Tide Mill Farm and Heartstone! (Sherri Starbird)

100% Grass Fed Hanger Steak
This is the cut I’ve been told that butchers keep for themselves, with good reason. I was not disappointed, I’d you’re only the fence, get off and press order, you will not be disappointed, it’s delicious.

Shelley - I wholeheartedly agree - the Hanger Steak is not well known. We're trying to change that. Thanks for your help!!:) - Dan

Maine Pasture-Raised Lamb Slider Patties
I would give these lamb burgers a 5 star for the excellent quality. However, the reason the 3 star is that they are very thin patties and fall apart when cooked.

Bones For Broth
I've been making my own beef stock for more than 30 years using supermarket bones. Thanks to Farmer Dan, I'll never buy bones (or beef, for that matter) from a supermarket ever again.

Steak Burger Patties
We haven't eaten them yet, but I'm excited to eat them as they are different from any other farm burgers I've bought. Three different meats in one burger and they are bigger! great value and it makes me happy to support small farms. Thank you!
