Beef Kidney - DISCONTINUED
Not a huge kidney fan, but ever since reading up on the benefits of organ meat, I decided to jump in the deep end. The kidneys (as well as all the other organ meats I bought!) were delivered flawlessly and you could taste the freshness. I guarantee your store-bought options would not come anywhere close to the quality you'll get from Heartstone. Thanks Farmer Dan!

Short Rib Plate
These ribs were incredible. Slathered them with Dijon mustard and rubbed with 50/50 salt and pepper. Smoked them at 275 in my Traeger with oak pellets for 8hrs, spritzed with apple juice every hour. Total crowd pleaser. Will definitely be order more, thanks Farmer Dan!

Chicken Wings
Real nice packaging! Nice and meaty party wings. The best part is you can get a real gelatin bone broth with left over bones.

I ordered from Heartstone for the first time in December -- we went big and bought a 1/4 share. We receive our beef last week after thorough communication about the delivery process and timeline. Everything arrived in great condition -- frozen -- and there was even a complimentary cutting board thrown in (thanks!).
We've just started working through our massive allotment so I can't give a full review just yet, but I'll say the ground beef really is quite tasty (that's all we've tried at this point). I'll try to remember to write another review after a couple months when we've tried a few more cuts.
So far, we're very pleased.

100% Grass Fed Steak Tips
The steak tips were delicious! Hardly any fat and tender to the taste. We made beef stroganoff on a snowy night over farfalle and with broccoli. The quality of your meats is fantastic!

Healthy At Home Box
From the moment we ordered, we knew we would not be disappointed. Farmer Dan was able to assist us with getting shaved steak for my husband and left a very nice note in our box- it was so special and felt like we were old friends! The quality of everything is incredible. We have thoroughly enjoyed everything we have eaten and look forward to trying more in the future. The beef tastes like beef! It is weird to say and I have read it in other reviews, but I didn’t understand until I tasted it for myself! I would have to do some serious jazzing up of grocery store ground beef and even then it still didn’t taste like much more than what I seasoned it with. I was so excited about the taste from the ground beef at Heartstone, it didn’t need anything! The chicken is amazing as well- so juicy and tender. Truly impressed with the quality and quantity of these meats, along with the service. Thank you Heartstone and Farmer Dan for giving us dinners we want to savor rather than just eat out of need

I received my order within two days of ordering!! Amazing turn around time. Everything was still frozen solid. I cooked the T-Bone steak this evening in an iron skillet, and WOW.. Absolutely delicious!
