Sirloin Tip Steak
This has been the best decision I've made since moving back to New England during a time when grocery stores are stocked with some of the countries worst meat. Finding this farm has been awesome. The meat I've grilled has been so tasty and the experience of doing business with Heartstone has been top notch. They are so responsive to questions, requests, etc. As long as I live in their delivery area I'll be ordering a monthly box and more!

T-Bone Steak
These steaks are really terrific - well-marbled, beautifully cut and, best of all, wonderful, rich beefy flavor. I'm committed to buying responsibly raised grass-fed beef but it hasn't been easy finding a source for it that also produces a truly great steak. Heartstone Farm is just that source. Many thanks!

Beef Tongue
After it was simmered, the tender tongue made the best sandwich with a little mustard and pickles. The tongue was delivered clean and ready to cook after a small rinse. Would absolutely buy again.
