Spatchcock Chicken
Yummy! I have to say I was very impressed with this chicken. We marinated it and slow cooked it on the grill. Wonderful dinner and the leftovers made a nice chicken salad.

This steak was amazing! I may be a bit of a snob when it comes to ribeyes, but this certainly did not disappoint. Great steak.

Healthy At Home Box
I bought this box for my husband. He is a meat and potatoes kind of guy! He absolutely loves the beef and chicken. We will continue to purchase this box and my add on other items as well. Thank you Heartstone Farm!

Porterhouse Steak
Product arrived with some delay (fault of UPS), however Heartstone kept me updated, which is very much appreciated and shows their commitment to meeting customer expectations. The product was well packaged in an insulated box with a surprisingly amount of cooling media. I have shipped seafood across the world and was definitely impressed with their standards. I haven't had a chance to try all the product shipped, but the porterhouse was excellent (couldn't wait for the 4th of July :) )...

Let me start off saying I am a retired meat cutter of 30 years. You will not get better steaks than these. After just two bites the wife said .We have to get more of these. They where tender and had that taste only dry aging can give. And another plus was how well they were packed.I will be ordering more soon.

Marrow Bones
Not only was this marrow a great deal higher quality and better-tasting than your standard stuff, I had a mixup with shipping and Dan himself answered on the first ring and got it straightened out. Great operation, I'll be back!

Farm Box - Monthly Goodness!
Early last week we received our first Heartstone Farm box. I have a beef stew recipe that friends and family love and couldn't wait to try it with the 2 lbs of stew beef that were in the box. One thing I noticed was how much quicker the beef browned compared to store bought beef. As for the finished batch, everyone said this was my best batch ever. I am convinced Hearstone farm beef is worth every penny of the premium over industrially raised beef.

Kebab Meat
The meat is wonderful with loads of flavor. So far I have tried the ground beef and the shaved steak, both delicious. The shaved steak was so tender with no grizzly pieces that you often find in other shaved meats. I could not stomach another frozen beef patty until I tried Heartstone Farm's and I could eat their hamburg everyday. Even better is there personalized and down to earth customer service, they get right back to you and help immediately with any questions you have. In addition, the way they package the food for deliver is incredible and they email you to let you know when your meat has left their farm and you can track it along the way. I turned my Mom into a customer and she is also thrilled with not only there quality but their customer service. I am really trying to use local companies that give the best service and incredible quality! I have talked directly to farmer Dan and through the online chat with their son and I can personally say they have their heart in the right place. I have other cuts in my freezer and I can't wait to try!
