These steaks are amazing! The flavor is rich and deep. They cook a bit faster than grocery-bought NY Strip, so I recommend cooking on a slightly lower heat than you normally would.

The chuck steak was REALLY EXCELLENT!!—My wife baked it in the oven wrapped tightly in tin foil- in a dish- for two hours at 325 degrees—took it out and put it back for 20 minutes so it was fork tender. Also in the foil were some small potatoes, onion soup mix, some garlic cloves and white wine.

I have ordered the sirloin steak tips several times. The last time I had the sirloin tips I tried a recipe for beef stroganoff and it was fantastic. The sirloin was tender and full of flavor. This time I took a simpler, faster recipe that I made in my cast iron skillet. Bell peppers, onions and the sirloin tips. Start to finish 15 minutes. Great with s baked potato.
