I ordered the Heartstone Farm's monthly beef box. The order arrived at my house in a timely manner and everything was packaged, labeled, and frozen. I have tried the hamburger, and one of the tip steaks. I must say, they were both incredible and tasty. Fresh and better than any beef that I've purchased from any store. I can't wait for my next box, and to try the steaks, and beef kabob that arrived with my first box. If you aren't sure of the product and want a sample of what it's like, I would recommend the beef box. That way you get to sample different cuts of beef that farmer Dan offers. I like the fact that if I have enough on hand I can choose to stop one month and continue the next. Thanks, Farmer Dan.
