We are recurring customers. We highly recommend any and all beef from Heartstone Farm. The prime rib was the best we have ever had. The service is exceptional too.

Prime Rib Roast
Easy to cook. Thawed then let set to room temperature. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Seared the outside, put in the oven. Checked temperature with a thermometer. Delicious, very tender. Served seven with some left.

Prime Rib Roast
The prime rib was delicious. So tender and flavorful.
We were able to cut it with a butter knife. We look forward to trying more Heartstone Farm meats.

Beef Brisket
In the past 3-4 months I have purchased all of the beef my family consumes from Heartstone Farm. In addition to my favorite Ribeye steaks, I order and reorder the beef short ribs, tenderloins, beef liver and hamburger. As the weather gets “wintery” my go to Sunday dinner is Heartstones’ brisket of beef. It is terrific!

Marrow Bones
My vet recommended I give my dog knuckle bones (soup bones) so I placed an order. I was surprised at the amount of meat on the bones. I cut most of the meat off to make a stew. The meat in the stew was delicious and my dog is still working on the first bone. I will definitely purchase again

Beef Brisket
Brisket was excellent, much more flavorful than the beef (brisket) purchased in a regular grocery store. Looking forward to my leftovers.

Beef Brisket
The Heartstone Farm Brisket was tender and flavorful; my husband nearly finished the whole thing in one sitting! (And he only weighs 150 pounds.) I have re-ordered another.

Beef Liver
This is the first time I ever had beef liver and I was shocked. It is so delicious and full of flavor.
the liver came in frozen and in an excellent condition, even in better condition than if I bought it in person.
absolutely recommended.

T-Bone Steak
The steaks tasted greatt! The grass fed T-bone steaks made the dinner party a big success. I took their online advice and marinated the steaks for 8-10 hours and that made a difference too! Also, Farmer Dan was responsive and helpful. i messed up my online order and called them directly. he answered phone and changed my order and sent the T-bone steaks out that day so i could have the steaks in time for a dinner party three days later. thank you so very much. i will order from them all the time...

Beef Brisket
Once again, Farmer Dan comes through with some stellar beef. I have found it is not only difficult to just find brisket in the grocery store, but to find brisket of high quality is a whole different search. The marbling on this piece of meat was awesome! Thanks again for quick and reliable delivery.

Beef Liver
This liver is great - for liver. What you need to know here is I do not like liver. Hate it! However, for my health I've been told to eat it once a week. Unfortunately it makes me vomit, just to prepare it. Forget about tasting it. This liver has rocked my world! I can prepare it and eat it. It has a mild, pleasant taste and smell which shocked me. I'm a fairly old person and have NEVER been able to eat liver until I tried this liver. I keep some in my freezer now, it's the only liver I will ever eat.
