I have been buying meat from Farmer Dan since COVID. I have found his beef to be high quality and tasty. Theresa is an occasional tough piece of meat or a strange cut but always tasty, prices are good for grass fed beef, my order is on time and delivered to my door. Good stuff.

I was pleased with the hamburger, pork chop, but the filet mignon was very tough at a little over rare. It looked amazing, cut against the grain but sorry it was tough. I did however love the hamburger. Flavorful. The brochure was a wonderful touch also! I learned so much and was told to fully cook pork, but your magnet suggests differently. Looking forward to try the turkey and others. No other beef was purchased not sure if I will again? Maybe way to lean? No clue.

Sirloin Steak
I love adding cubbed sirloin meat to my beef stew/ kabobs to mix flavors and tenderness of meat in my stew. Family loves it. It makes a good grilled steak and/or cubbed as kabobs with veggies on the grill. Yummy!

Farmer Dan's Meat Box
As a new customer to Heartstone Farm, I am excited to write a review. The Filet Mignon is my favorite cut and my first choice to start enjoying my recent order. Firstly, it was easy to place the order. My box arrived as scheduled. Today, after cooking my first filet, I will be a long and loyal customer. The Filet Mignon is absolutely delicious. Thank you, Farmer Dan!

I received the first order. It was just what I expected. The chops were thick and very good. I grilled them and you could cut them with a fork. The hamburger was exceptional, almost no grease. I think they were 90/10. the chuck made the best roast I made in a long time. I can't wait until I get my second order. In about 3 weeks
