Beef Liver
Hi
I really enjoy this liver. I've panel fried and baked this.
Each way is delicious. I use ghee when frying.
Cook slowly for tenderness.

Farmer Dan's Meat Box
Well my sister talked me into trying Heartstone farms because she uses them. I ordered the ten piece package because it’s just myself and my husband. Well, the first thing we tried was the bacon. My husband loves it one down then I made burgers on the grill. My husband said it was the best burger he had then I used the boneless chicken breast. It didn’t smell. I like the way it fell and it wasn’t all shredding like you get sometimes at the store. Perfect. I also tried the sandwich steaks which were great nice and lean cooked up nice and I use the leftovers on top of a pizza the next night next month I switched it up a little so I could try different things makes it very easy to do. Would definitely recommend can’t wait for next month.

The chicken breasts and ground turkey were delicious. They were packed in dry ice and arrived frozen. I was updated on shipment so I could receive it as soon as it was delivered. I will definitely be reordering!

Traditional New England Apple Pie
We received the Apple pie from Farmer Dan with our box order. So the following Sunday, we were going to have the chicken breasts we got, in a cream and mushroom sauce. My wife said, let's do the apple pie for dessert.
It said you could put it in the oven frozen, which I didn't notice on the label. We actually put it in the fridge the day before. Well, I don't know how it could have been any better. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too tart. The crust was flaky and buttery. It really did remind me of Grandma's pies from 50 years ago. Good Job Dan.

Farmer Dan's Meat Box
I recently subscribed to Heartstone Farm Farmer Dan's Meat Box and boy am I very pleased with the quality, and freshness! I thoroughly enjoyed the tasty strip steak as you can see in the picture! I've also had the Zesty sausages, so delicious and flavorful. The ground beef was great for tacos. I'm looking forward to trying the turkey tenderloins, mild sausage and hot dogs. I'm sure they'll be as good as the rest!

A delicious meal on the grill! They cooked up well and so juicy. I added a little bbq sauce and seasoning. I can’t wait to order it again in my next order.

Farmer Dan's Meat Box
The meat arrived well packaged and the dry ice kept it frozen despite the hot summer weather. After trying the burgers and chicken cutlets I’m very pleased with the quality. Buying from Heartstone Farms is definitely a good decision.

Ground Beef
I get the impression this is a smaller operation. That is not meant as a negative. On the contrary their product is excellent. Additionally, each time I have reached out with a question I have been responded to quickly, professionally and courteously. Highly recommended.
