I was so excited to be able to buy my meat from the source and it’s extra special that it’s from my own State of Maine!
We have switched to all Organic groceries and am happy to buy our meats with no drugs etc
I noticed the difference in the chicken- wow so fresh tasting and large portions of everything.
I loved the ribeyes and the bacon too!
Very fresh and delicious. So then they added a free Pie and they are made in Oxford Maine. Do happy to support these fantastic local farmers and people working hard to make a living. Keep the farms we need to support them

The ribeyes and filets are fantastic, I like to dry age them in the fridge for a few days prior to grilling and they always turn out amazing! This meal we grilled up a bunch of veggies including garlic scapes, and paired with a nice Shiraz. This box was my 19th from Heartstone, 18 months into the subscription and will keep going!
I do feel that the product is thawing out more than even a few months ago when shipping but has been within food safety temp upon arrival. I believe the distribution center changed recently.
