Both beef filet minion were so fatty by the time I cut away the fat to make it lean it was half the size. Better off going to Costco.

When faced with finding quality meat, there are some options but they are usually fairly expensive. While you are still paying for the quality with Heartstone, the meat box still makes it attainable. The ground beef and blueberry breakfast sausage are delicious! The chicken breast also cooked up well. It makes me feel good to support a farm in my state and not have to buy grassfed meat from Brazil that's sold at Walmart.
