Easy ordering experience and am glad to support humanely treated animals free of antibiotics, hormones, etc but I wish you offered soy and corn-free chicken. Very difficult to find pasture-raised corn-and-soy-free poultry.

Sharon - Thanks for your review. Offhand I don't know of anyone raising meat chickens that are corn and soy free. I asked Aaron at Tide Mill, and he sent me this: "Our ingredients in the grain we use are raised organically on a family farm in pristine north eastern Maine and our animals grow very well and are very healthy due to their diet. 100% Grass Fed Short Ribs
Cooked the ribs up in an Instant Pot with standard mirepoix, balsamic vinegar, red wine, soy and fish sauce, a touch of brown sugar, and a few select herbs/spices. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and had phenomenally rich flavor. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Your steak tips were an Excellent choice for making “ authentic Mexican street burritos.”
Cut up steak tips ( small, bite size) cook on hot skillet with olive oil and carmalized onion. Add a little lime juice when almost all cooked.
Heat soft taco shell, add slice of Swiss cheese to melt, add steak tip mixture, add more lime juice, slice of avocado, and a red and a green salsa to top it off. Delicious!

Crockpot Box - Perfect For Winter in New England
My first order came exactly on time, excellent packaging and labeling of all the meat.
I have not had the opportunity to cook the chicken but the beef is excellent.
I have made stew, meatloaf, beef stroganoff, and pot roast. the short ribs made a delicious meal and plenty of bone broth! Delicious!
I have not had much experience with grass fed beef and was unsure of the flavor but it was rich and hearty and very tender.
Of course I will be ordering gain as my visiting family from Texas has already requested meatloaf again.
I have not had the opportunity to cook the chicken but the beef is excellent.
