Omg! This beef is amazing! So delicious , you can definitely taste the difference with this beef and store bought and even my local butcher shop. We by our beef from a local butcher who knows where his beef comes from and is organic , but Farmer Dan's beef is 100% better . I am so happy I found his website and was able to purchase a share . I highly recommend ! AMAZING

I purchased the Beef Tips from Farmer Dan and I have to tell you they are the most flavorful and tender beef cubes we have ever eaten. I seasoned them with my favorite steak seasoning and made kabobs on the grill with peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. Was absolutely delicious!! Will be ordering more.

We recently thoroughly enjoyed the Grass Fed liver that we purchased from Heartstone Farm. I dipped the pieces of liver in a bowl with flour, salt, pepper and some herbs before frying it. We had a delicious meal of liver with onions, bacon and fried potatoes! We loved the fact that it was organic as well as delicious. Of course, the liver had some veins in it . Perhaps next time, I'll try cutting out some of the veins prior to frying it.

I honestly don’t have enough experience making beef bone broth to say much. However, the bones I ordered arrived nice and frozen and my first batch is quite tasty. It didn’t gel the way I thought it would, which I attribute to my lack of something, not the bones. I’m saving the porterhouse bones to add to the next batch!
