Couldn’t wait to try the hamburger. Made a 2lb meatloaf It was Delicious didn’t tell my wife what meat I used . She said it was the best meatloaf I ever made . The New York sirloin steak melted in your mouth . Pan fried it on a cast iron pan with a little grass fed butter awesome. Took the fat and cut it in small pieces and friend it up like bacon with the leftover juices . What a healthy treat that was !

I had been searching around for a quality source of chicken liver for some time and stumbled across Heartstone Farms. After looking at their processes for raising livestock, I knew the quality would be there. My first order of chicken liver arrived in just 2 days, the packaging was excellent as the chicken liver arrived still perfectly frozen. I have since had some of the chicken liver sauteed and deep fried and it has been delicious any way I cook it. I will definitely be ordering more when I go through my current supply, and would recommend that anyone looking for quality meat consider getting it from Heartstone Farms, it is definitely worth the price.

I know there’s some “big “ companies out there that will deliver grass fed beef and more, but since I’ve found these guys , I’m very very happy ! The price is right , and the meat is excellent. The skirt steak I use for Mandarin Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry , or it’s perfect for Fajitas. I do ALOT of cooking and recipe development for healthy recipes - I’ll keep buying this !

Whole Chicken
The whole chicken is deliciously fresh, as long as we are able we will never buy whole chicken from a grocery store again. The one slight downside is the chicken does not come with the giblets and we use them in the gravy for roast chicken or we roast them and eat them. Giblets are nutritious and tasty.
