OMG, I read all the reviews and blurb on your website about how this is the best beef, but I figured it was at least a bit of an exgerration. Well, without exagerration, after actually eating yoru beef - a ribeye and several pounds of ground so far - I have to agree wholeheartedly. It really is the best beef I have ever had, whether at home or even one of the fancy-schmancy super-pricey steak houses. No kidding. Clearly, I’ve never had truly, all grassfed beef before. Incredible. Knowing that firsthand now, I have no doubt that the all-pastured chicken we purchased from you will turn out to be the best chicken we’ve ever had; I just haven’t cooked any of it yet. As soon as I do, I will post another review (and will probably have to order more!) Thank you SO MUCH to Farmer Dan and the whole crew at Heartstone Farm.
