Trying to satisfying my curiosity, what’s the difference between super market beef and grass fed, grass finished beef, I purchased a sample package from Heartstone Farm and have been hooked ever since. The quarter share works well for out family, plenty of steaks ( ribeye, T-bone, porterhouse, London broil, tenderloin), roasts (chuck, eye round, brisket), burger, short ribs, soup bones and more. I’ve made pastrami and corned beef with briskets, smoked a boneless Chuck Roast. This is the most flavorful beef I have ever eaten. I especially like dealing directly with the farmer, just a great group of people and animals. You gotta try it out.

We cooked the ribeye on the grill and it came out awesome! The steak was moist and so flavorful, no steak sauce, onions or peppers are needed, enjoying it just as it is so we could taste the real flavor of the steak. So happy to have found Heartstone Farm!

Your liver tastes the way liver used to taste when I was a child, in the days before the world turned crazy, the days after the way when pesticides became "GOD" . I could not believe the taste in my mouth. It melted in my mouth. I chewed the soft tender delightful ............... It was like being home again. This is very good liver. These hamburgers are delicious, flavorful and juicy. Each quarter pound slice measures almost five inches by one half in thickness. Sear the outside and cook not more than four to five minutes and you have one great burger!
