I just placed my third order of beef with Heartstone Farm, as I know I will not enjoy grocery store, or even butcher shop beef, as much now that I have tasted this grass fed beef. I have tried the T Bone, rib eye, burgers and sirloin. All are incredibly flavorful! We tried the Porterhouse this weekend-wow!!! The customer service is outstanding! I am notified each step of the way of the shipping process , from when my box is placed on the truck to when it arrives at my house, nicely packed in insulation that is made from corn and can be composted along with reusable ice packs. It is frozen solid! Farmer Dan has a new, loyal customer!!

Ricky - Thanks for your review and your feedback. Chuck steaks tend to be less tender than premium steaks. Because they come from a muscle which the cows exercise often, that effects their tenderness. We often recommend a marinade overnight to "tenderize" them. - Dan

These are the best soup bones you can ever get!! They make the best bone broth or soup. They're so meaty that it's a 1 for 2 purchase. You get lots of meat and lots of broth.
