100% Grass Fed Beef Brisket
I've "wasted" so many pounds of beef purchased at different stores and I was never 100% happy with final results. Brisket from Heartstone Farm came out amazing. You can "blame " it on perfect cooking skills after so many tries but to top it off, I run to local store again and tried same thing with "regular" beef and this was not even close again. This brisket is fantastic.

We ordered the Autumn Sampler, and decided to add 5 pounds of ground beef to the order. We have only sampled the ground beef as yet-- but even the smell of the burgers searing convinced us we had been smart and lucky to have found this remarkable beef. Best burgers I've ever cooked at home, hands down. And far superior to all but the finest restaurant burger. We'll be buying again!

We recently tried the short ribs and they were absolutely delicious! They were much larger than expected, perfectly marbled and very meaty which was a pleasant surprise! We slow cooked them with a variety of vegetables, herbs and a whole bottle of red wine, heavenly! We will certainly be ordering more! So I am relatively new to Heartstone Farm. To date I have tried the rib eye steaks which are flavorful and tender and so far my favorite. Now, having tried the filet mignon, my favorite steak has competition. The filet was tremendous, nice and thick and the most tender steak I have tried from Heartstone or any other purveyor. Great flavor, a real treat.

After receiving my last order from Farmer Dan, I made our favorite beef stew with Dan’s stew beef. The stew was so delicious we couldn’t stop eating it! I’ve made this stew many times before, but the grass fed stew meat made the favor so much better. We definitely will order more in the future.
