This was the first time experiencing any problems. I ordered two identical items and was shipped only one. There was nothing sent via email nor was anything included in the package I received indicating what was going on. I'm not asking for much, something along the lines of...

While that was a bit frustrating it was figured out quickly but, it still required time that I'd rather spend elsewhere. My main problem was the fact that at no point during the duration of time, from my initial order until receiving all of my items, did your website actually indicate that the product was out of stock.
We're not talking about a day or two but more like a couple weeks. Naturally I was perplexed and this is when I initially reached out to see what the hold up was. I was informed the item was out of stock and I let your CSR know that your site didn't reflect what I was being told. Even after that you never changed the status to reflect the truth. Either someone is not being honest or you are misleading customers with false info regarding your inventory. Ultimately the end result is a lack of consumer confidence in your company.
Is this enough for me to leave as a customer- no it is not. I might even place another order today. But, it does make me think twice about recommending your company to anyone.
With all the technology out there today there is no excuse for not showing current "live" inventory status. Worst case scenario it gets updated at least once daily.
Now the true mark of a good company is whether or not this problem gets rectified moving forward. Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts. I look forward to many more orders in which communication is a priority.
