I had an issue when ordering online from HeliDirect. My credit card was being rejected. I initially thought that it was a problem with the website and submitted an enquiry to HD. A minute later, I received a call from my credit card fraud department and was advised that they had arbitrarily rejected my HD charges. I told the fraud person that the charges were legitimate and to unfreeze my account. Within a few minutes, I received a call from HD, in response to my enquiry. I resubmitted my purchase and the product was promptly shipped.

The new site is much faster for me to use, I can find the products faster and is much easier to find. category tabs are nicer then the old site and I like how you can view the cart as you add something new . all n all its faster and easer to use .and a much better look then the old , im sure there are a few bugs that need worked out and in the weeks to come all will issues will be fixed , thank you for doing the update and asking our feedback ,it shows that helidirect truly values our opinion I give it 4 stars , I would like to give it 4.5 but no option for 4.5
