I had a lot of my time wasted buying an SSL certificate that I couldn't actually apply to my external (to hosting.uk) website, despite being told my customers services and (initially) tech support that I could. One simple question at the start would have solved it, but instead it took up hours of my time, about which I am not happy. At least the refund was quick, which is in their favour.
