I wanted to review the great customer service I received on my last order. I ordered several items, and among them an eye serum for the first time. When I opened the box I noticed the bottle was barely half full. In addition, the dropper was not working and appeared to be clogged with a red paste.
I contacted the company and sent along some photos. As it was my first order of eye serum I thought it looked odd. They handled the issue very professionally, and sent me a fresh bottle with a working dropper. The bottle was full & the serum a lite orange liquid. I had also mentioned I loved their products, but had some issues with other product pumps not working well, and they sent replacement pumps. This is how you keep customers! I look forward to using the new eye serum, and hope to be as happy with it as I am with the rest of the InstaNatural products I now regularly use. Thank you!!

Not sure what happened to this peel. I used it once only, few days after I looked at the bottle the peel was gone, it seemed as It evaporated completely. There was only little bit left at the bottom.
Next day I looked there was a lot of white product on the top of the vial. It was a complete waste to order this and I was very excited to try it!
I believe I was sent a product that either expired ow wasn’t good anymore.

I love this product. It has helped me clear my breakouts and my skin complexion has improve. I use a small amount once daily at night. It is gentle on my skin. It is important to use a good sunscreen during the day because of the retinol. I consider insta natural serum a good value for the price.

I do have a couple of issues with packaging. My eye serum dropper does not function & it seems as if It’s leaked some product. It doesn’t feel like a full bottle. My vitamin C moisturizer seems to have a lot of air in the pump action. An issue I did not have with the last bottle. I am happy with the actual products though. My skin really loves these products.

It's really too soon to tell. I bought this for my hands especially. My hands are ultra soft the next morning after using it at night, but go back to being bone dry the next day. It does not have a strong smell so I'm happy about that. The pump broke after a few uses. I put the lid back on. This is not a cheap oil so I thought the pump would make it last. Save the lid.
