I got the Can Am Defender full skid plate for Christmas. Took about 3 hours for installation. Instructions are detailed but disassembly of original equipment is a little vague. All skid plates are riveted on and must be drilled out. I used a 3/16” bit. I also winched buggy straight up inside shop. I used a piece of angle to help support while working on it. Very thick and well built skid plate with aluminum side skids folding into door step. Aluminum arm supports as well. I took some pics of installation along the way. Definitely recommend this for protection.

Only negative I can say about the plastic skid plates is that several of the screws were a little short and I had to replace them with longer ones to get them to bite. Otherwise they’re great. 2018 Polaris Sportsman Touring 850

Products are top notch, however, the fitment of the Hilifter a-arm guards must be specific to Hilifter models only and not a-arms purchased directly from Hilifter. The hardware was not usable and I had to relocate the inner holes to make them work.
