It is hard to review this since I have mixed feelings. The hair was a little bit more than I wanted to spend considering I am not even using it. It is beautiful and full but not what I was looking for. The tube came opened which honestly I did not even really care about but when I tried to exchange it for a smaller bundle it was impossible. They requested a picture of the tube and I provided it but it was a little hard to send a pic of a tube because the seal the lid had was clearly opened/twisted off but it was hard to show that it came that way in a picture. Either way I could not exchange the order and it really sucked because I early paid $300.00 for it. The customer service rep was not working with me at all. The lid came twisted off and I was penalized for it. No credit, no exhange, nothing.

The hair is poor quality very thin, dry and the strips are very thick. My hair is thinning from a severe accident and the strips are so thick you can see them. Too bad I thought it was going to be a great solution.

The extensions I received were not like the first pair that I ordered these ones had strings everywhere. The stitching was crooked didn’t feel right when I put them in I did reach out and they tried to fix the problem but ultimately I just wanted a new order. .

The wrong color completely! Didn’t match at all!! So tired of all of these kinds of places sending wrong colors. You pick the color you want then they send whatever they feel like. You need to work on this! I’ve read tons of reviews about people complaining about the hair color you send them not matching their own hair color. Might as well not bother picking a hair color.
