Install was easy and simple instructions. Love the quick boot up (with a custom logo, nice touch) and the touchscreen is super responsive. It’s so great to have wireless Apple CarPlay in my older car. My speakers actually sound so much better after the upgrade. Thanks Dynavin for a great product you put out!

This unit is awesome! Love the total upgrade from the factory “calculator” head unit. Install was a bit difficult as it seems to be everyone has the 8 and not as many with the 9. Was a great project for my dad and I to tackle on a warm Saturday afternoon. Being I spend a lot of time in my car I needed a system like this. Thank you Dynavin for creating this. Hope all goes well in the future, today is day 1, will check in later if any issues. Id recommend everyone to get one and watch YouTube installs, then label your connections.

creen size is great, image quality is great, even in a convertible on a sunny day.
Microphone can be tucked away in e brake niche and still works great.
Wirelessly connects to phone quickly, like 5 to 20 seconds.
Build quality looks and feels OEM.
Install was easy for someone whose done a few head unit swaps; directions slightly unclear.
Wireless phone connection disconnects too frequently, usually reconnects automatically in under 20 seconds.
Carplay Google maps freezes occasionally, usually requires clicking around on the head unit or the phone to bring it back.
Too many touch screen touches quickly will slow down Carplay.
Homepage could be a bit cleaner and more OEM looking.
Charges phones pretty slow.
Volume buttons are a massive step down from a dial.

This is a great upgrade over the stock calculator radio in my 2017 Mustang GT. Can finally use Apple Carplay. Install was pretty straight forward. The built in amp is ok, it’s way better than the factory one, but I’m planning to add an external amp anyway, as the volume has to be way up for normal listening volume. Otherwise it’s a well designed unit that functions great.

Unit truly is plug and play. Looks great in the Mustang and works like a charm. The only critique I have is the provided instruction material. I could just be dumb but the wiring diagram does not show every connection included in the Kit. Also, the video provided online shows the before installation and after installation, nothing about what should be plugged into where. Other than that, this product is amazing and I would recommend to any S197 owners!
