Winter Discovery | Snow Monkey (OSA) 7 Days
Need to advise guests that they need overnight bag prior to the tour start. Should also advise how long the transfer is on the Snow Monkey trip (10 hours round trip). This should be advised in the pre departure information not the day before. Would advise departing earlier for Snow Monkey tour. Leaving the hotel at 8:30am was too late and meant we didn't arrive at the park until 2pm.

Overall, this Japan trip was an adventure of a lifetime and an insight into Japanese culture. My favorite sites were the Fushimi Inari Shrine, Todaiji temple, the Golden Pavilion, Snow Monkey Park in Nagano, and Sensoji temple in Asakusa, Tokyo.

Takayama Festival | Grand Tour (AUT) 15 Days
We had a wonderful time on your Grand Tour from 10/6 to 10/20/19. This was our first group tour and we were pleasantly surprised how smoothly it went considering we had 3 groups during the first week; the last portion of tour went down to 13. Everyone was nice and we all had fun and got along well.
The variety of sites we visited, gave us a wonderful cross section of the history of Japan, some being one of a kind and others offering fun and entertainment. We were impressed with the cleanliness of Japan and their gracious formalities; the country and landscape is breathtaking. The bus rides were a bit long but we understood our tour included a large portion of Japan from Tokyo to Kyushu and more, and as such, it was very necessary.
We are looking forward to another unique tour to explore the northern areas of Honshu. Thank you, again, Japan Deluxe Tours.

Japan Deluxe Tours was one of the best decisions we made when planning for our trip. The value we got was amazing and the tour included experiences we would have never thought of. The guides were great and we had no problems on the tour. Would highly recommend Japan Deluxe Tours & all the guides to family and friends. Thank you for making our 1st trip to Japan so memorable and fun. We can't wait to come back and will definitely look for a Japan Deluxe Tour to explore the rest of Japan.

The first day of tour was a little rushed because of weather (pouring rain). Not sur eif you have the ability to have an alternate itinerary when the weather impacts tours. Hiroko was an awesome tour guide. Lisa was great, too. It was such a great experience. Thank you for everything!

A great tour that was really driven by Hiro. She made the tour a great experience. The group was a little larger than I had hoped but overall it worked out. We kept on schedule and really enjoyed all aspects of our time in Japan.

Before the tour, we had one night in Tokyo. We went on an izakaya tour on our own in Shinjuku and enjoyed it. During the day, we saw the Skytree Tower --> we could have skipped that! Glad it wasn't part of the main tour. Hiro kept us informed, on schedule, etc, yet still accommodated all of us! She also knew the best shopping + picture sights. She was the best guide we ever had!!

Lights in the bus should be off (or low) at night (when it gets dark) so we can see outside better. Bathroom breaks were good - we had many opportunites to "go"

I loved Himeji Castle but did not know it was shoe-less. If I had a heads up, I would have known to wear socks. Kurashiki was beautiful and I would have liked more time there. Maiko experience was great + unique. Let guets know hotel in Tokyo has Shuttle to Disney Sea
