Thank you so much for selecting the perfect hotels for me on this Japan trip! You were right to put me at Shinagawa station and at the Osaka station- perfect! Thank you for the card information too. I easily got around on the train and subway. There is so much more I want to see and do! I want you to know that our tour guide and driver were perfect! We were so well looked after and she answered all our questions and gave us such great information!
Would go on another one of these Japan tours! I really couldn't have asked for a better trip except for it to have been longer!
Thank you, again!

Thank you for everything, we had the best holiday ever, very best Japan tour, excellent tour guide, most delicious food, top hotels, etc.
My family members are very happy and pleased with all the services you arranged for us. I and my two children are considering to go back to Japan very soon, we want to see more of Japan with another one of your Japan group tours.

Thank you very much and I am sure you will here from us again.

We are all home safely and the Japan tour was wonderful. There might be a few things I would change in hindsight, but they are minor.
I think the very best part of the trip was our most wonderful tour guide Sachiko. She was fun, knowledgeable, patient, and full of enthusiasm. She deserves high praise.
At one point when I wanted a picture with Ms. Saito and my camera failed, Chiko jumped to the rescue with her ipad camera and said she would send me a copy. I emailed a reminder to her, but my email has not been very good lately and I do not know that she got the email.
She may even have sent the photo and it did not come through. I would appreciate it if you would confirm with her to send me a copy of that wonderful picture.
Thank you for all of your assistance. I would be happy to recommend Japan Deluxe Tour.

We just came back from our Japan tour and would like to let you know how extremely satisfied we were with all the arrangements Japan Deluxe Tour made for us.
We enjoyed the luxury accommodations in every city, the selection of sightseeing tours, and the restaurants for lunch and dinner.
However, we were most pleased with your staff. The driver Pac was always on time, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions.
Our tour guide Chico was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable about every shrine, temple and castle that we explored. She was able to explain the Sake production as well as the Kimono and the bathhouse procedures. She had an excellent vocabulary, pronunciation and general knowledge of the English language, as well as a great sense of humor. She also demonstrated a lot of patience when she had to repeat instructions several times, because some of us were not paying attention.
Thank you and everyone who made this trip so enjoyable!

Thank you for helping us create a wonderful and memorable trip to Japan. Our tour group really enjoyed the pace, hotels and food.
Hide was an excellent guide. He was very gracious and sensitive to the needs of our diverse group. We would recommend Hide San to anyone who travels to Japan. Nobu, our Hiroshima guide, was quite energetic and pleasant.
We could have more time for Train/transportation connections,it was too tight one time.(needed time for the elevators to arrive). It would have been helpful if we were able to have a rest with lunch at Miyajima Island instead of rushing back to town for our late lunch at 1:30 p.m. as some people have health issues and needed to eat. Some people walked slow, so I think the day would have been more pleasant if we started the day one half hour earlier and allowed for a 12 Noon or 12:30 p.m. lunch break.
Thanks again for a wonderful Japan tour

Thank you so much for making all the arrangements for our Japan Tour in October.
My mom and I really enjoyed our Japan vacation and it was just wonderful! Masashi was such a nice tour guide, we met everyone in our group and had a really good time. I had so much fun I'd like to go back.
Thank you also for the referral for the pocket wifi, it worked out great and was so convenient. I'm sorry for waiting so long to thank you for everything. I have recommended Japan Deluxe Tours and some of the great Japan tour packages to several people who saw my pictures I posted and were very impressed with all the areas you covered and the very nice hotels. The hotels were the best.
Thank you again!

Again, you need to advertise that there is a lot of walking in the Japan tour. One person had arthritis and had difficulty walking ended up using a wheelchair plus had no sense of time Very frustrating for the rest of us. meaning that when they were late, we sat and waited giving us less time at most sights. Very hot day, suggest water be given to guest passengers.

Fun time while on this Japan Tour. Enjoyed experiencing Japan through this tour.

5-Stars to you all at Japan Deluxe Tour! Thank you for all the arrangements you did for this wonderful Japan tour.

We had a great time; our tour guide Masashi was just so full of knowledge, we learned so much of the Japanese culture and history and to be able to see it "live" was just awesome. Our driver, Mr. Kondo, also did a superb job driving us through all those narrow, winding streets of Japan. With the great service (and 5-star hotel accommodations) we received on this trip we will contact Japan Deluxe Tours again for our next trip!

Fantastic time while going on your Japan tour. Would recommend to my friends interested in going to Japan!
Would be nice to have more time at place like Museums.

Thanks so much for the professionalism, timely service and attention. I had such a wonderful time on this very well scheduled and prepared tour! I got to see so many amazing sights and I loved every minute of it.
The friendly and helpful tour guide Mr. Masashi has made this trip most memorable for me. He was the best tour guide I could have imagined. He made me feel save, guided, comfortable, informed, and interested in our daily scheduled tours. He is a professional who is in tune with his clients interests at all times and could introduce all the places of interest and various landmarks to me at the same time. I will remember this trip forever, thanks a lot!
This is a very professional and well-organized Japan tour, it made me feel like I am having friends bring me around to show me the sights, history and culture of your wonderful Country.
It was such a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Japan Deluxe Tours Operator to anyone who wants to explore or take a tour of Japan.
I came back to Brazil already missing my Japanese friends and tour guide. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you for the welcome, professionalism and friendship during my journey through Japan. I would highly recommend your Japan tour packages.
I intend to visit Japan again and no doubt the next time will request your services again.
Thanks & Regards

Thank you so much for all you have done to help us arranged everything. Yes! We all had a great and wonderful time in Japan! We can't describe how great experience we had during our tour of Japan. I will definitely refer to our friends about your Japan Deluxe Tours.

You are awesome!

PS. Your Tour guide "Hide-san", he is great and recommended tour leader! We are all very satisfied and blessed to have him as our tour guide.

Hello. We just finished our tour and wanted to write you and tell you how much we enjoyed the Japan tour and our time in Japan.
We really loved our time spent with our tour guide, Hidesan, learning about the history and culture in Japan.
He was an excellent tour guide and really went above and beyond to help us get the most of our time in Japan. Also, Masasan was an excellent driver.
We enjoyed our greetings from him each time we entered or exited the bus.
We thank you and everyone in the office that helped make this such a fantastic tour!
Thank you again.

I'm back from my trip to Japan and I want to thank Japan Deluxe Tour on behalf of my travel friends and myself. I wont deny I felt scared to travel to an unknown country with unknown people who would assist us during our travel but I was very wrong. The Takayama festival tour was an incredible experience worth the nerves.
The service provided by the tour guides (Park, Noris, Sakiko and drivers ) and yourself where excellent and exceeded our expectations. So were the Hotels!
They were wonderfully polite, on time, helpful, responsible, respectful, knowledgeable.... and we will always have them in our hearts. They made this trip a very special and unique one for us.
Thank you so much for making this Japan trip a dream come true! I've always wanted to take a tour of Japan and this was the best experience. I am very aware of all the coordination this requires, and you made it happen! This was by far the best Japan tour I could ask for.
I would appreciate if you can forward this mail to the tour guides in a gesture of gratitude and great respect for their service and the knowledge they have of their country. It has been an honor to learn the values and costumes of your country.
You may be certain that my references of you and your company will be provided on my behalf to all future fellow travelers and my first suggestion will always be Japan!!!
Sincerely,
Ms. Miriam

I just wanted to say that I had an amazing time on the Takayama Festival tour. Everybody from the tour guide (Seiko san!!), the driver, the hotel staff, airport staff, the person at the convenience store, the police that helped me, pretty much every person I encountered in Japan, and of course the staff of Japan Deluxe Tour treated me with such professionalism and compassion.
It was worth every penny. I love Japan. I'm used to nice people here in Canada, but the people of Japan are even better. I love that bowing is part of the culture. I wish I could bow all the time now. I loved the sights, music, culture, food, and people. I thought I knew what being a service to others meant until I experienced the high degree of service in Japan.
I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Next time I would do a Japan tour package during the Fall or Winter.
By the time I was leaving it felt like I was leaving home because I felt so welcome there. I have a lot of memorable experiences during that short time. I wonder if the people there realize how lucky they are to be living in such a wonderful country.
It was a life changing experience. I hope to be able to serve others and give joy the way everyone there has done for me.
If you're reading this and you are trying to decide whether to go or not, you should!! Everybody in the world should go there as least once in their life. They offer the best Japan tour packages. I don't have much travel experience so I was quite nervous with the whole process, but this amazing tour company helped me every bit of the way to create a memorable experience.
Arigato gozaimasu.
Japan is my new home.
Ittekimasu for now and I hope to be able to say tadaima in the future.

With your help we had a great time in Japan. The tour guide, Hide-san, is perfect and great with the best tour program you set.
We really had the great experience on the excellent winter Japan tour package. The snow monkey is the best, but Mt. Fuji, the hot springs in Japanese style hotels. and etc are good for us. It was a great, if not, best japan tour experience.
Happy New Year and good luck to your business.

Thanks for sharing. Always good to find a real expert. Great tour of Japan. Japan Deluxe Tours has great tour reviews. Glad I went with them.

What an experience! If there was a best way to experience such a beautiful country for the first time, it wouldn't be a stretch to say this Japan tour was it. Incredible tour, the itinerary was well planned out, meals were fantastic and the journey was very smooth overall.
Our tour guide, Hide-San deserves a special mention in creating the experience as he adeptly shared his wisdom in Japanese art, history, local produce, culture all the while making everyone feel welcome with his warm personality.
I'm truly glad I've had this experience as it is definitely one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I am very glad I decided to try the winter tour package to Japan. I definitely recommend Japan Deluxe Tour's tour packages for anyone looking for a 'primer' to Japan

I had a wonderful experience visiting Japan with the Golden Route tour (Japan Highlights Tour) from Osaka to Tokyo. Now is the time to go if you’ve always wanted to, since I found Japan to be clean and safe. Yuki in the tour office was extremely helpful and expertly arranged all of my trip details, including my hotel reservation for my extended stay in Tokyo in addition to the tour package.
I got around Tokyo by riding the JR Yamanote train to sites including Tsukiji Fish Market, Shibuya, Shinjuku (Tokyo Metropolitan Gov't office building), Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, Tokyo Tower, Zoyoji Temple and DisneySea. Our tour guide, Hidesada Shimazaki, was cheerful and informative, and the driver of our comfortable motor coach, Yuya, was skillful and friendly too. The meals and hotels were all terrific. I particularly liked the buffets where you could choose from a myriad of delicious dishes, as well as the variety of set meals provided, especially a fabulous Kaiseki dinner in Atami. The tour is jam packed with visits to all and more of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary, with enough free time at each site for strolling and shopping. I was fortunate to have had warm weather and clear days during the tour, allowing me to witness many beautiful views of Mt. Fuji.
Overall, I highly recommend this Japan tour package and you too are sure to have a great trip in Japan with Japan Deluxe Tour...

We would like to thank you for a fantastic Japan tour. It was everything you promised, and more. We would especially like to mention our tour guide, Mr. Inoue. He made a great trip a superb one, with his knowledge, professionalism, dedication and sense of humor. He met us with a shopping bag full of brochures, maps, and other 'goodies' that surprised and delighted us each day. He was always bright and cheerful and very efficient. As our tour guide, we'd follow him anywhere! I would go on another one of these Japan sakura tour packages
