Suggest to not separate the group into different hotels. Avoid situation when some people stay at a better hotel than others.

I would highly recommend Japan Deluxe Tours. Addie, Monch, and Driver Shin-san took great care of us, showed us so many wonderful parts of Japan, and helped us understand some of Japan's history and culture. It was wonderful. Great Job! Thank You!

This was an amazing tour. I would really like to thank you for your efforts of getting me a wheelchair while on our custom Japan tour! For a custom Japan tour, everything was so well done, especially your tour guide and staffs dedication to work hard and make sure we were all satisfied. Thanks!

Very difficult to change hotels everyday - especially when arriving late and leaving early.

Fantastic driver. Very careful and safe.
Would have liked a little more time at sights sometimes but I realize that there is a tight schedule.
Guides very knowledgeable but a bit hard to keep up with her sometimes.
Mostly it was a wonderful trip - great experience.
Booking trip from Australia not always easy with time difference. Sometimes difficult to get information when required.

There could be more free time scattered throughout the tour in particular when shops are open
and we are handy to them in regards to position of our accommodation. Free time of at least 3 hours.
To have flexibility to change times at venues when finished sooner than expected rather than wait around and not be able to do anything because location is out of way.

Bus driver and bus = excellent. Not so busy a schedule - more time at some sights. When booking our tour from Australia, hard to get information because of the time difference. Excellent meals - enjoyed trying all the different types of Japanese food.
Some days could start a bit later.
We would have liked help with our luggage - even if the hotels could collect our luggage from the bus to the lobby. On the night in Osaka, luggage assistance would have been appreciated.
Let people know about stops in Castle - I was surprised how many flights of steps and how steep.
Thanks Adi - I loved the tour. Japan is so interesting, clean, beautiful, and the people are kind.

This was a wonderful, unforgettable trip. The Dogo hot springs and the park is awesome.
Enjoyed the mountain river while driving along the highway. Nice country!!
Suggest that daily things be shortened to about 6pm (in early evening) because it is exhausting for tourists, especially the adults

Overall, tour was a fun experience. Days 3, 4, and 5 felt rushed at times but we covered many sites. Tour handbook should be clearer on the overnight luggage arrangement for Kyoto and it would be good to include dinner suggestions.
Bus and driver were fine, some of the time allocated to major sites was too little. With a backup guide, may have been more efficient to have 2 groups of 16 each to make instructions and coordination easier. Note: please do not post any of my pictures on your website.
Thanks!

Overall, pleased with my experience with the Japan Deluxe Tour. Felt that there was great coverage of the country during our tour and was pleased at the great lengths Seiko-san and her assistant went to make this a very organized and well planned tour.
