Highlights of Japan | Hiroshima 9 Days
I had a wonderful time and would happily tour again/recommend this Japan tour to my friends. I also loved how I had the option of free time as I managed to go and make my own wonderful discoveries as well as the itinerary program. Addy (anime spots) and Seiko were exceptionally helpful and informative. Thank you Japan Deluxe Tours for making my holiday memorable, educational, and exciting!

Avoiding waiting entry to museums/temples/shrines. Ex- At Edo Museum, waiting period could have been avoided by having tickets in advanced. The first day itself seat rotations should be enforced. For example, people have to go two seats back each day
Could have given more time at some places time management in some walking could be avoided by dropping at doorsteps where ever possible carrying luggage and walking should be avoided bus quality of seats could have been much more better pull down snack table, better back support head support etc. Very good Japan tour overall. Had good sights to see and our tour guide was excellent.

I think in general i wish the guide would have painted out more scenery and what people were doing as we drove along such as: How people live in the apartments, how many generations, where are churches and schools. Such a lovely lady but I came home with many questions about Japan. This was still a very good trip, an enjoyable Japan tour that I will remember for years to come

Driver Waki-san was very friendly, always smiling, courteous, and helping with bags and luggage. Excellent with wheelchair plannings. Safe driver, very smooth, comfortable experience as a passenger.
Highlights on the website exactly how much walking is involved.
Enjoyed the experience touring Japan. This Japan tour allowed us to see so much of Japan with the right mix of sights.

We love our bus driver Waki-san - Wonderful!
Bottled water should be supplied daily for long bus rides.
Twice now on this tour two excurstions did not take place
Ferry ride on lake
boat ride in gorge
This is unacceptable given the cost of your tour.
The trip was wonderful despite the negative aspects.

1) suggest a firm "no scents" policy - there is nothing worse than being on a bus with people who douse themselves in perfume - could be hazardous for people with allergies
2) suggest you advertise that there is a lot of walking on the Japan tour. Some people were unable to walk any great distance or needed a wheel chair.

Seat rotation in bus- It is fair to keep rotation of seats in the bus - clockwise or counterclockwise
Wifi in bus: poor signal
Provisions of information about walking to shrines, temples, or other locations in tour! Our group mostly had elderly families, some with difficulties in mobility. It posed challenges to some. It would be better to describe this in the information brochure prior to booking
Luggage handling: Hotel staff should handle the luggage
Bus interior and layout: would expect better quality

Seiko says yes at the end of most sentences. This is not normal English.
I am unhappy with not being picked up from the airport when my flight was delayed and instead had to take a bus.
Apart from that, the Japan tour was excellent with all accommodations taken care of and a great itinerary.
