A beautiful instrument with great sound!

Awesome product!

The bis key pearl just fell off so I have to glue it back on. Not really a big deal. Everything works fine but the the bis key pearl falling off was kind of odd for the quality I was expecting. I'm sure I could've emailed the company but like I said, I can fix it with some high quality glue.

Perfect fit for the JP TS-400 tenor sax.

I purchased this horn because of a very positive review it received on Trent Hamilton's YouTube channel. I am well pleased so far. This is a good quality instrument' especially for the price. I was going to purchase a much more expensive horn, but for my needs your instrument is perfect.

I love my Jean Paul Tenor saxophone! I started with the Alto in the silver as well and fell in love with it, so I bought the Tenor. They both have a great quality sound and are overall great instruments. I love the case that they come in as well. I 100% recommend upgrading to the silver, it is well worth it!

I played sax in high school, waaaay back in the early 1980s and haven't touched a horn since. I guess middle aged crisis brought me to wanting to play again, so I didn't want to spend a ton on a new instrument. After countless hours of research, I found Jean Paul. I viewed Youtube videos, read reviews, and so much more before deciding this was the sax for me! I LOVED the silver model and decided to take the plunge. Well, when the horn arrived, it was horribly out of adjustment. I was so disappointed! But one look at the box it came in quickly told me the malalignment came from shipping, not Jean Paul. I contacted Jean Paul who allowed me to keep the sax until they got another one in my hands. They paid for shipping for both horns and ensured I was completely satisfied! They threw in a bunch of reeds for me and stayed in touch until I was as happy as I can be. The only frustrating part about buying from Jean Paul is that there are no local repair shops. This means that any repairs have to go to Florida. I hope to NOT have to send it back, but if their customer service is as quick as they were this past time, I won't complain. The sax itself is stunning, the sound is fantastic and the price is right. I highly recommend this horn for the beginner and intermediate, but a pro may want a different sax or use this one as a backup. I love my AS-400 saxophone, it’s beautifully finished with a rich tone and a fine sturdy carrying case. For the price, it can’t be beaten.

Got this for my husband for his birthday. He has wanted one for years. He LOVES it! It has a great sound and feels very quality. Worth the money!

Oh, if only I could play it as well as I know it can sound - or maybe as well as I used to play when I was much younger! But as I did then, I’ll keep practicing. Thanks for a great value.

Very good so far. The keys feel very nice and the silver is beautiful. It does scratch easy and will tarnish but you can buy anti-tarnish strips very cheap and leave them in the case. The upgraded case is also very nice. Alhough the mouthpiece didn't come with the saxophone, I messaged support and they sent it right away.

I'm happy with my trumpet,looks and plays nicely. I am a beginner so I have much to learn,but it certainly feels like a substantial piece .One disappointment I have been experiencing though, is that one of the valves tends to stick and release slowly .which really makes problems when playing .you don't want to spend more time oiling your valves then playing. besides for that issue( which I still hope I can resolve) for its price its its an amazing Instrument for a beginner

Great price with good sound quality for its price. It’s also not that heavy so fatigue is not as big an issue but eventually you would get used to it anyway. The only complaint is that the slide is not exactly that great. It is a little sticky—too sticky for my personal liking.

Wonderful customer service, and a lovely, great quality clarinet. As my husband has said “the only problem is with the user” as he gets back into playing the clarinet after decades!

I haven’t played saxophone for 8 years, and I decided to pick it up again. I bought this a few weeks ago and I love my Jean Paul alto, so much so that I just bought the tenor. The silver is really cool, definitely worth the upgrade. The sound is lovely and I can’t wait to continue to learn. The accessories that came with it are awesome, namely the case. Great customer service. Overall I am extremely pleased.
