My experience on your actual site was fine but USPS has failed you all miserably. You advertise a 2-3 day shipping turn around and I ordered on the 14th and still no idea of when my package will be here. Just a message saying my package is moving through the usps network.. whatever tf that means.

Purchased the variety pack, unfortunately one of the four pens has a leak and is unusable even after charging. If that had been the only pen I purchased this would be a one star review. However the other three pens work perfectly and are very smooth. Also got them for a great price so I'm not too disappointed. If all four pens had worked this would be five stars easy.
