The speed with which I received my order was great - within 2 days!! But then I had to return it. My e-mail regarding that was answered very promptly, and I was able to get the item sent back within 6 days of my order. I have proof from USPS that it was delivered 2 days later on September 27th. However, I have not received a refund and have not heard anything from anybody. I'd sure like to know what is going on!
