I love there kratom. I'm 70 and have or had lots of pain in left leg from spinal injuries that surgery wouldn't help, but kratom took away that pain and other serious chronic pain I've had for years much better than opioids ever did.

I personally have explored numerous Kratom vendors, all with a majority of positive reviews, and/or good reputations. But not even the best of them could quiet match the impressive, consistent quality and potency that Kat's has delivered to me each time!

A slow processing time is this rarely unique companies only flaw in my opinion to date. With that said , they more than make up for it with their VERY reasonable prices, and exquisite customer service.
and trust me, there are hardly any Kratom Vendors with prices as cheap as Kat's average cost for 250 grams +.
And beware of the few that are, because I've personally had the displeasure of owning a bulky bag of low quality Kratom (and even worse what may not even be real Kratom.

So, now that you've burned a small hole in your brain from reading my slightly long review, I would suggest you look no further, and give your brain a big shock! I discovered that the 2 best vendors I thought were selling top notch Kratom, we're only selling average product...at best.

my only slight disappointment is that you just recently stopped giving the complimentary, free sample ounce for orders of 50 dollars or more. it's been jumped to 100 plus now.

keep product in stock. you cannot state you have the best kratom, when you never have any. Dont know how you stay in business.

Although most everything has been sold out I would still recommend Kats. With great customer service, an amazing product, as well as products being lab tested, you can't go wrong with Kats.

I have been taking Kratom for 3 months now. I started using Kats right from the start. I have ordered 4 times to this point. The quality of every single item I have received has been outstanding. I ordered samples from a few other placing while deciding on the right vendor. While they were good, Kats was simply much better. They had a 4 to 7 shipping delay for a while, but even with that the iteme got her exactly when they should have. My last order was late Tuesday and it was here Friday morning. I have ordered to this point, White MD, Green MD, Red MD, Dark Red Borneo and Green Sunda. I was not disappointed with any of them, they were all outstanding. Kats is the only company I will use from this point on, simply amazing. I did notice a few people complain about the 4 to 7 business day delay they were having on orders. While yes, this does suck, it was displayed in a banner right on their page, and stuff like that is one of the reasons I don't wait until the very last minute to order more. Stuff like that happens, and a company doesn't deserve to have negative reviews because of a minor issue that popped up. Especially when the quality is this good.

Kats Botanicals has the highest quality of kratom at the lowest price I have seen _anywhere_ online. The Kats Botanical team consistently provides the _absolute best_ customer service I have seen in years!
