I discovered Ultimate Oil having had a Brazilian blow-dry over 15 years ago now. I have Caucasian hair, brunette curly, course, porous, thick strands, wirey. Back then in my 30’s my hair was also very thick. If left natural and it happens to set perfect curls… lovely, but the reality of my natural hair is frizz, mess and dryness. A hairdresser once explained my hair is actually not naturally dry, it looks so because of the unruly wirey texture. If smoothed out it is soft and shiny. I have always worn it long for these reasons, the longer it is the nicer I can make the length look, the undersides close to my head, even though the younger hair, always look so dry; now older, if short with no length it makes my hair look thin and wispy. My hair had started to thin later in my 30s and start to look more dry, then I had a bad hair cut where the hairdresser thinned out my hair, suddenly my lovely locks (I have always been complimented on my hair) were not there anymore, what was left just looked thin and scraggly. So because it also looked so dry I piled on the Ultimate Oil. I used it like hand cream, adding all throughout the day. Within the first week my hair looked so much better, plumper, richer in colour, softer and after 6 months my hair was back to its old self.  It was quite miraculous.. I had quite a few different hairdressers and they all commented, what had I done? I am now 50 and swear by this oil. It keeps my hair from growing tired and old. If I go without for a period my hair starts looking thin again and loses its richness and body. From a styling point of view it is not greasy so I can pile on as much as I like and it creates nice bouncy waves. Guests to my house always fall in love with it, I always have it on the side with my hand cream… they comment how soothing it is. This product is invaluable to me, I have tried other products and none of them nourish my hair like this. I have purchased it as gifts over the years… my friends have been thrilled with it, who doesn’t want lovely hair… it’s my hair must have.
