The packaging quality too.Also, the carbon large comb works well with my flat iron. You're carbon comb is great and sturdy . It's non static which is hard to find even in heat resistant combs. The products I received weren't packed properly and leaked into the box. There was no cushioning. One bottle was open and then closed to look new but I can see product in the pump. Doubt I'll be purchasing again.
