Now been 3 months Keto and lost 1.5 stone and love the life style. Keto source have the Erythritol, Grass fed Organic Ghee and the best MCT oil that has not given me any belly ache at all. Packaged well and a great company to deal with. Wish though there were more to buy like Sevia the Keto soda drinks or other Keto items like almond flour, coconut flour. Hope there range expands in time.

I have a nut allergy and as ingredients are NOT published on the website in English I ordered bread loaded with nuts. Fortunately the packaging labelling was clear.
I did complain and it was suggested that I would receive a £5 credit but that is yet to arrive in my account! They advised they would let their ‘labelling’ team know to update the website
