I ordered a hat and when I finally received it it was way too large. I finally got fed up trying to get in touch with them. every time they did get back with me they gave me a different story. finally after about two months they gave me an address to send it back. to late, I gave it away to a friend. will I ever order from them again? maybe. because this is not the first hat I got from them. it was the fourth hat and the only one I had trouble with. they do make some nice hats.
