I wanted to download the file in PDF with the original layout, only with the additional text I added. But after the account creation the file downloaded was a word document with messed up layout. I hope I don't have to start over

Completely HATED it.
I don't mind paying for your service, but I completely hate the way you force your user to upgrade to paid plan by locking up access to the documents. This is painful and secondly charging my card twice for a small amount, my bank just called me to verify this transaction, this is the 2nd no-go and lastly, the forms got wiped out when I didn't fill in all the required field causing me to re-type this whole feedback.
This will be a one off usage man. You just lost a customer.
