I can't answer yet. I worked through the instructions and as soon as I pushed the "download now" button, the screen went dark and this review request popped up, so I don't know whether the photo downloaded in jpg as requested or where I'll find it. I guess I have to fill out this feedback before I can get this screen to disappear and then I'll see if I can find the photo.
