After trying the product, if you do not wish to continue, call or go online to cancel before the trial ends or change the subscription to a different plan. If no cancellation or change of plan is made, then you move over to our auto-renewing base subscription plan for $39.95.

Well, it said free, but of course it really wasn't. If I wanted to pay a monthly fee, I would have used Adobe, but only need one document, so of course you got me. Otherwise, process was simple enough.
