The first time was torture. Not simple to use. When I figure it out, it was okay but the payments are confusing. I'm supposed to have 14 days limited plan that I got 3 days agotbut today I had to pay again. It's hard to figure out how to get my document. I should be able to download it as soon as I pay, not have to go to a dashboard. If I arllready have an account it should show up as "have an accout," not create and account. Your fonts are too faint. Taskbar overlaps my documents.

I was under the impression this was a FREE service to convert a PDF document to Word. When I got to the end, I had to pay $1.95 and then cancel before 30 days OR be charged $39.95 EVERY month. I tried calling the number and was told it was NOT free. Then the representative hung up on me. Disappointing.

I didn't like that you advertised it was free and then I had to pay a few after I did all of the work in order to download my completed action. I do like the ease of conversion, I don't like being hustled. If you say it's free...make it free please.
